Internal operating system usage.

Process handle contains the stacked process environment pointers. The help flags refers to the help front DOR if existing.

A stacked process environment consists of:

          stack pointer       SP
          stack frame         at [SP;ST.END]
          registers           part of stack
          static workspace    part of stack
          handles             part of stack
          segment registers   described by USRSG0/1/2
          windows
          map(s)
          return PC           RESUME (in OS_In)

Z88 Team: We believe that ST.END is the top address before the safe workspace of the application. However, we have not verified this.
