The 38 pin propriety proprietary format connectors are for the external cards. Each slot is able to address 1024K. Slot 3 has an additional Vpp (12V) line which is used for Eprom programming. Pseudo-static RAM, static RAM, EPROM and Flash EPROM can also be used.
