IN:  A = key code

OUT:  Fc=0, always
             Fz = 1, converted, A = ISO character
             Fz = 0, not converted, A unchanged

Internal operating system usage only.

This call converts the key code into an ISO character.

It is useful following a key code returned by OS_Kin.
