Set Date Stamp of File

EazyLink Server, V4.5, protocol level 01

This request command sets both the Create and Update date stamp of the specified Z88 file. The Date Stamp must be specified in the format "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss".

If the specified date stamp of the file has been be stored, ESC "Y" is returned, otherwise ESC "Z" indicating failure.
