Updated version of EazyLink popdown V5.2.3 released

We're currently working on both OZ V4.5 and the EazyLink desktop client, finalizing for release. When we're completely ready is not easy to predict. However, things are moving forward in good steps.

In the meantime, we have fixed some bugs in the Eazylink popdown for the Z88, which runs on all Z88 ROM's. These bugs and improvements are a reflection of the work currently being done in OZ V4.5 and the Eazylink communication software.
