Z88 SERVICE MANUAL Home

Here is the very latest pdf scanned copy of the Z88 Service Manual dated January 1985. This version covers the Version 4 PCB which was the last circuit board made.

Cambridge Computer did not issue everything in this manual. Where it is stated "AWAITING MASTER ARTWORK FORM CAMBRIDGE COMPUTER" this artwork was never issued.

There are older versions of this manual on the web, I might also have a copy of it somewhere. When I find it I will compare the two and see what the differences are.

This section will also include some projects that relate to testing the Z88. Cambridge Computer never made any 'Test Equipment' even though the manual states that they did. This means that if any Test Equipment is required, this will need to be home made. It is intended to attempt to build some or all of these - the progress of which can be followed.
