EazyLink Server, V4.4

This is a simple command that answers the Client on the request 'hello, Z88 are your there?'. This command is only implemented as a pendant of the PC-LINK II Server command. When the Client receives the "Yes" request you will be prompted with a "Z88 responded 'hello'".
